This is the second seminar in our series introducing trauma-informed care. The event is Friday, October 6th from 12-1pm in the Biomedical Research Tower (BRT) room 115 on Ohio State campus, but also on Zoom.
The focus of this event is acute care for survivors in the emergency room setting. We are featuring a forensic nurse, Kate Chesko, who works at Ohio State in the emergency department, and a survivor speaker Adrienne Estes, who will share her story and her interaction with the medical system.
