Are you looking for ways to make time for what matters most to you?

Join us for this session of the First-Gen Empowerment Series where we will explore time management and planning strategies so that you can make time for everything that matters to you. In this workshop, we will engage in discussion on managing various responsibilities while being a student at OSU, the importance of self-care, and ways to support balance in your life.

If you require an accommodation such as live captioning or interpretation to participate in this event, please contact Leilani Ferreras at or 614-688-8449. Requests made one week in advance of the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
