Wellness Wednesdays is a personal enrichment and workshop series featuring a wellness topic to create and promote awareness and providing education around healthy living. Topics covered in these sessions align with the ten dimensions of wellness, outlined by the Student Life Wellness Center. This is a lunch and learn session. Lunch will be provided.
Do you worry about your food intake, feel like you’ve tried one diet after the next, eaten for reasons other than hunger, or struggled to be in tune with or trust your body's needs? This interactive presentation will explore the 10 principles of intuitive eating to develop a healthier, positive relationship with food and your body.
