SMASH through plateaus and learn how to effectively get stronger with our progressive overload series. This course will be held live via Zoom. Two half-hour sessions will be held weekly for six weeks, where trainers will walk you through the basics of three major lifts: bench press, deadlift and squat. This will include a detailed analysis of each lift, tips for having full control, a homework assignment and time for questions. During the six weeks our trainers will help you set and adhere to realistic goals. All fitness levels are encouraged to join.
