Thriving Socially: As humans, we value building deep connections to other humans to help us connect to our inner being and purpose. We long to build our networks, especially during a time such a graduate school where we are creating a community to support our future personal and professional goals. So how do we foster relationships and build these connections during a global pandemic? During this interactive presentation we will define social wellness, identify strategies for cultivating social wellness during these unprecedented times, share unique university resources to support in your development, and spend time connecting with others.
Please register.
