This session will focus on the critical aspects graduate students need to consider when selecting a postdoc position. Choosing the right postdoctoral mentor is crucial for success but this is not enough. Understanding their responsibility for driving their career and professional development is also essential. Learning what resources to look for and how to approach this training period increases the chances of success at this level.
