This workshop is designed for emerging student leaders who are interested in helping their peers navigate the many mental health and well-being resources available at Ohio State. First, students will discuss ways to think about the origins of mental health concerns. Then, an overview of resources will be provided. Lastly, participants will learn how to create a positive mental health plan that can be taught to others.
