CCS Drop-in Workshop: Beating Anxiety

Feeling Anxious? Finding it difficult to focus? Noticing muscle tension or headaches? The presentation will help you understand the cause and common symptoms of anxiety and assist you in managing the barriers anxiety presents to your academic, social, and emotional success.
