Wellness Wednesdays is a personal enrichment and workshop series featuring a wellness topic to create and promote awareness and providing education around healthy living. Topics covered in these sessions align with the ten dimensions of wellness, outlined by the Student Life Wellness Center. This is a lunch and learn session. Lunch will be provided.
If you often find yourself asking, "What is sleep?" "What is fun?" or saying, "Those dishes can wait another day..." or "I should be doing something productive right now" - you might be a stressed graduate or professional student. On top of all our daily responsibilities of work, school and attempting to have a personal life, the world is consistently in a state of chaos. During this interactive session participants will discuss stress, time management, and coping mechanisms while identifying simple self-care habits that can easily fit into even the busiest of schedules.
Presenter: Ari Camel, Wellness Coordinator – Student Wellness Center
