Wellness Wednesdays is a personal enrichment and workshop series featuring a wellness topic to create and promote awareness and providing education around healthy living. Topics covered in these sessions align with the ten dimensions of wellness, outlined by the Student Life Wellness Center. This is a lunch and learn session. Lunch will be provided.
The Student Wellness Center will share with our graduate and professional student community about the barriers to success and how imposter syndrome can play a negative role in their personal and professional goals. In this interactive presentation, participants will define symptoms of stress, identify barriers to success, and work towards overcoming feelings of self-doubt by learning more in-depth about imposter syndrome and strategies to combat the negative inner critic.
Presenter: Brendan Greisberger, Wellness Coordinator – Student Wellness Center
