In this workshop, students will learn to embrace discomfort and vulnerability as strengths. College students are exposed to many opportunities to develop their leadership efficacy, through student organizations, community service, and even academic engagements like research or living-learning communities. By embracing vulnerability, students will feel empowered to be their authentic selves which will translate into better outcomes both personally and professionally. Register here.
