The African American Heritage Festival has always been a celebration of the culture while promoting unification through shared experiences. Gospel Fest is a highly anticipated event that highlights the genre originated by the Black community. Dating back to the 17th century, gospel music continues to shape our culture.
Sunday's Best Gospel Fest will promote a joyful, loving, and inclusive spirtual rejuvenation. The event will highlight worship through singing, dancing, spoken word, and more! We aim to acknowledge the variety of experiences within Christianity and hope to create a positive, memorable experience rooted in a love of music and worship.
If you require an accommodation such as live captioning or interpretation to participate in this event, please contact Angie Wellman at wellman.63@osu.edu or 614-688-8449. Requests made one week in advance of the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
