An Evening with Indya Moore

An Evening with Indya Moore is a live, in-person moderated Q&A session featuring Indya Moore, known for starring in the FX series Pose as Angel. The 45-minute moderated Q&A session will be followed by a 15-minute student Q&A session. This event is being planned in collaboration with the Undergraduate Society of Black Leaders.

Indya Moore is an actor, model, social activist, writer, and director. Born and raised in the Bronx, Moore is best known for her groundbreaking performance as ‘Angel’ in the Golden Globe nominated Pose on FX. The series went on to obtain 20 Emmy nominates, and 4 Emmy wins.

Moore will next be seen in Warner Bro's AQUAMAN 2, directed by James Wan, where she stars opposite Nicole Kidman and Jason Momoa. In this picture, she plays a young princess opposite Kidman named ‘Karshon’. She also co-stars in ESCAPE ROOM 2: TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS alongside UTA Client, Taylor Russel. She can be seen alongside Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner Smith In the award-nominated Universal feature, QUEEN AND SLIM, written by Lena Waithe and directed by Melina Matsoukas.

Moore has also appeared in such publications as Vogue, Teen Vogue, Elle US, GQ, L’Officiel, as well as collaborations with designers such as Louis Vuitton, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein. In 2020, Indya was featured on Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People List.
