|The perfect blend of both indoor cycling and barre in one hour! Challenge your cardiovascular system the first half of the class as the instructor guides you through a variety of terrains on the bike. Directly following the ride, you will continue to strengthen and lengthen your muscles using a combination of yoga, Pilates and ballet-inspired movements. This class is great for any fitness level regardless of whether you are new to cycle, barre or both.
