OUAB Presents: Friday Night Laughs

Friday Night Laughs will feature three comedians who are committed to making college crowds laugh. Meet our comedians:

7:30 PM Jeff Scheen

Jeff Scheen is a stand-up comic hailing from Chicago, IL. His offbeat humor and affable demeanor pairs well with expressive yet stupid face. You will be wanting more. Jeff has been featured on the Fox TV series Laughs and was a finalist in the 2016 Laughing Skull Festival in Atlanta, GA. He's also been in a number of other comedy festivals including The Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Montreux's Jokenation Festival, Laugh Your Asheville Off in North Carolina, and Laugh Fest in Grand Rapids, Michigan. 

8:30 PM - Anthony Moore  

Anthony Moore is a comedian and writer hailing from west Philadelphia, now residing in New York. After hostin his school's talent show at the age of 18, Anthony realized his true gift for humor and strong passion for comedy. Soon after, he quickly became well-known on Philadelphia's comedy circuit. Anthony was selected by Hartbeat Productions and Comedy Central to represent Philadelphia on Kevin Hart's Comedy Central show, Hart o the City. he is a frequent performer at New York's Comedy Cellar and has performed along greats such as Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle. More recently, Anthony has been invited to the Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal to film for Kevin Hart's LaughOutLoud network. In 2018 he was named the Best Undiscovered Comedian in Pennsylvania. Moore recently, Anthony has been invited to the Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal to film for Kevin Hart’s LaughOutLoud network. in 2018 Thrillist called him the “Best undiscovered comedian in Pennsylvania”. This rising star is looking forward to a promising career in entertainment.

9:30 PM - Jacob Williams 

Jacob Williams' comedy follows his misadventure through the worlds of dating, day jobs and dining alone. He recently made his late night network television deput performing stand up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (CBS). Jacob first made his prime-time network television debut as a stand-up comedian on America’s Got Talent (NBC) and advanced to the Semifinals. He also performed on the Comedy Central shows Adam Devine’s House Party and Roast Battle. Jacob has been a cast member on the hit improv/sketch comedy series Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘N Out(MTV) for eight seasons including the upcoming one. Jacob lives in New York City where he performs regularly when he is not on tour at comedy clubs, colleges and corporate events across America.
