This low-impact class will challenge your entire body – lower, upper and core! With cardio bursts throughout, you’ll leave feeling sweaty, stronger and ready to take on the rest of your day! Dumbbells or resistance bands will be used to increase intensity, but all movements can be done with just your bodyweight or household items. All levels welcome!
