This Women's Leadership Program will provide students with the vital skills that will help them succeed in the classroom and beyond. Program participants will learn how to cultivate their own strengths to build resiliency and success personally and professionally. Participants will learn skills related to resume building, personal branding, self-care, personal finance, critical thinking, and career readiness. This 6 month program will also provide students with an opportunity to connect with a mentor in their related education or professional area of interest. Mentorship opportunities include long term and short term mentors as well as job shadowing opportunities. Application is required.
