Technology is an integral part of our daily lives but usage can easily turn negative when it starts to interrupt our work and personal relationships. Through this presentation, students will learn about their personal digital wellness, techniques to avoid procrastination, and easy technology changes that will benefit sleep schedules, productivity, and personal interactions. This session will help you navigate the transition to college level commitments, social interactions, and managing your social and academic schedule.
Accommodations: If you require an accommodation such as live captioning or ASL interpretation to participate in this event, please contact Dustin Beech at email@example.com or 614-688-1029. Requests made two weeks in advance will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
