Food Strategies for Mental Health

Food Exercise and Sleep Strategies for Mental Health  [Starts 1/9/20 to 4/9/20; No workshop on Jan 16, Jan 30, Feb 13, March 12, April 2nd]

A four part workshop series to help students learn strategies to use food for improvement of mental health.

This will include an overview of strategies, in addition to a sample food list, exercise and sleep strategies, as well as an opportunity to ask questions and address barriers to using food exercise and sleep strategies to improve mental health.

This workshop topics include:

(Week 1) Food strategies to improve Depression
(Week 2) Food strategies to improve Anxiety
(Week 3) Food strategies to improve Focus
(Week 4) Exercise and sleep strategies for mental health

 

These topics will rotate throughout the semester.

 

CCS workshops are only open to students of The Ohio State University.
