This workshop will provide streamlined strategies, tools and processes for individuals who are tasked with managing projects or events in addition to their normal work responsibilities. Through a more efficient and simpler approach, leaders will be able to plan quickly and get moving on their projects right away. Participants will also receive templates that can be implemented in their organization during every step of the simplified project management process: initiation, planning, execution and closure.
