Learn the basics of an exercise program design from a certified personal trainer. We will be discussing fitness myths, the benefits of exercise, and overall program design. We’ll also get in more detail about the science of exercise and different mechanics including the mechanism of fat burning, how to go about weight training, endurance training, and the basics of cross training. This presentation will be packed with useful information that can we relevant to any individual starting a workout regimen.
