Annual Blood Battle between The Ohio State University and TTUN runs from
Oct. 26 &ndash\; Nov. 23\, with a series of 48 blood drives in the campus
area. Our rival has won each of the last four competitions. All donors f
rom the month-long event will receive a free Blood Battle T-shirt and wil
l be entered to win a collection of other prizes.\n \;\nThe 2022 Bloo
d Battle starts with an exciting kickoff event from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on
Wednesday\, Oct. 26\, at The Schottenstein Center near the Northeast Rotu
nda. A pair of Ohio State football players will be on hand to cheer donor
s on!\n \;\nAll blood donated in Columbus benefits patients at the We
xner Medical Center. The blood donation process takes less than an hour t
